Cancellations & Terms of Participation

If we, the organiser, need to cancel a course you will be issued a full refund.

If you cancel your booking (unless for exceptional circumstances the cancellation terms listed below will apply;

Please note that the costs of all our workshops & modular courses are based from the start date & time to the end date & time and don’t run on an opt-in / opt-out basis. Students that miss some sessions are still liable for the whole fee.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS

Group bookings
Group bookings are non-refundable but are transferable at a rate of £15 per person.

One-off workshops & individual module payments
Cancellations of tickets sold individually will incur a standard £15 administration fee per person plus the additional charges listed below:

• within 28 days of start date = 10% of workshop cost plus admin fee
• within 21 days of start date = 25% of workshop cost plus admin fee
• within 14 days of start date = 50% of workshop cost plus admin fee
• within 7 days of start date = 100% of workshop cost (includes admin fee)
  

Whole course payments for modular courses
Cancellations of tickets sold individually will incur a standard £15 administration fee per person plus the additional charges listed below:

Once the course has started, from the end of a module to 57 days prior to start date of subsequent module, cancellations will incur a standard £15 administration fee for the forthcoming module.

For cancellations made within 56 days of the module start date, the following charges apply.

• within 43 to 56 days of module start date = 10% of module cost plus £15 admin fee
• within 29 to 42 days of module start date = 25% of module cost plus £15 admin fee
• within 22 to 28 days of module start date = 40% of module cost plus £15 admin fee
• within 15 to 21 days of module start date = 60% of module cost plus £15 admin fee
• within 8 to 14 days of module start date = 80% of module cost plus £15 admin fee
• within 7 days of module start date = 100% of module cost (includes admin fee)
  

REFUNDS
In the unlikely event of a workshop being cancelled by OVM a full refund will be given. No liability is accepted for additional costs (such as travel costs) incurred by the student.

LIABILITY
Every participant is responsible for looking after his or her safety and property. OVM tutors and all venues OVM use have appropriate liability insurances in place. Vehicles are parked in the venue car parks at your own risk; please don’t leave valuables in your vehicle.
